Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for prospective students via phone, email, text, and in-person inquiries
- Schedule and conduct campus tours, interviews, and information sessions
- Explain program offerings, financial aid basics, admissions requirements, and start dates
- Maintain accurate and timely records of applicant interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and recruitment events
- Follow up with leads to ensure strong conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment
- Assist with administrative duties related to admissions and student onboarding
- Represent the Academy at career fairs, high school visits, and community events
High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a bonus!
