About the Role
As a part-time Marketing Coordinator at Monarch Athletic Club, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting brand-building, content, events, and partnerships across digital and in-person touchpoints. You will work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, the broader marketing team, and on-site club staff in our state-of-the-art facilities to deliver a cohesive and member-centric brand experience. You will also serve as the dedicated marketing liaison for the Rivani building community. This is a part-time, hybrid role with meaningful in-club presence at our South Beach location.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Miami social media content calendar across all relevant platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Coordinate club events from concept through execution, including member experiences, partner activations, and community programming.
- Write engaging copy for social posts, emails, signage, blog content, and member communications.
- Produce light design assets using Canva (or similar tools) for social, print, and in-club use.
- Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, brands, and tastemakers in the South Beach community.
- Serve as the marketing liaison for the Rivani building, supporting resident engagement and tailored programming.
- Plan and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, event invites, and member-focused communications.
- Maintain working knowledge of the club's CRM and booking systems to support marketing workflows, reporting, and member communications.
- Manage scheduling for content, events, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (internships count).
- Strong writing skills with an eye for tone, voice, and storytelling.
- Comfortable designing in Canva and producing on-brand visual content.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic CRM concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and brand-minded approach.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment and work independently as a self-starter.
- Based in or near Miami with the ability to be on-site at the South Beach club regularly.
