What You'll Do
- Provide daily support with personal care, meal preparation, hygiene, and other essential activities.
- Encourage and promote independence through community involvement and active participation.
- Provide transportation within the community.
- Follow personalized service plans, ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, documenting all care provided.
- Create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for the individuals you support.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to utilize technology for documentation and training
- Willingness and ability to use Electronic Visit Verification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to learn and use adaptive equipment (training provided)
- Able to work independently in clients’ homes
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and valid driver’s license
- Car insurance and a clean driving record (must have less than 6 pts on record)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (Social Security card and Birth Certificate required)
Available Hours
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (May be Split)
- Monday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (May be Split)
- Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Additional hours available for fill-in and PRN 10-9pm 7 days a week
