Location: Boardman, Ohio Part Time to Full Time

In this role, you will provide one-on-one care and support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives in their homes and communities.
We work closely with individuals who may live alone or with family, ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve.

What You'll Do
- Provide daily support with personal care, meal preparation, hygiene, and other essential activities.
- Encourage and promote independence through community involvement and active participation.
- Provide transportation within the community.
- Follow personalized service plans, ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, documenting all care provided.
- Create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for the individuals you support.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to utilize technology for documentation and training
- Willingness and ability to use Electronic Visit Verification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to learn and use adaptive equipment (training provided)
- Able to work independently in clients’ homes
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and valid driver’s license
- Car insurance and a clean driving record (must have less than 6 pts on record)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (Social Security card and Birth Certificate required)
Available Hours: M-F 5p-9p Rotating Weekend Days 10-9p
