Monarca Lux Beauty Spa is seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in McAllen, Texas.

Responsibilities
- Perform customized therapeutic massage sessions based on each client's needs.
- Provide excellent patient care with compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and create a welcoming, relaxing environment.
- Maintain accurate client records and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Follow all Texas licensing regulations and spa policies.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Massage Therapist License (Required).
- Excellent bedside manner and strong customer service skills.
- Compassionate, caring, and patient-focused.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience is preferred but not required.
