We are hiring for a Warehouse Associate/Route Back-Up in our Modesto, CA location. As a Warehouse Associate/Route Back-Up, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and supporting the sales team. This position requires occasional driving as a back-up route driver in support of the sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

· Start work at 5 am

· Receive and unload shipments

· Organize inventory and maintain accurate records

· Pick, pack, and fill orders

· Clean and maintain the warehouse

· Inspect product conditions and inventory

· Communicate internally regarding inventory and orders

· Assist in inventory validation and periodic counts

· Operate equipment such as lift trucks and pallet jacks

· Use handheld devices for transactions and data management

· Occasionally provide Route Relief as a driver to cover absences and merchandising support

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

· High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of sales experience preferred

· Prior warehouse and DSD/truck to store sales experience

· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

· Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean DMV record

· Ability to work independently in various settings

· Basic computer and math abilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Use of special safety precautions and/or equipment

· Physical exertion including long periods of standing, walking over slippery surfaces, and lifting to 40lbs
