District Manager – Roofing, Windows, Siding, Doors, Solar, and HVAC Sales

About the Opportunity
Monarc is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to lead our door-to-door marketing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with a passion for training, team development, and sales psychology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in home remodeling sales, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members from company ads and referrals (Tuesday–Friday)
- Conduct training sessions for incoming recruits, focusing on product knowledge, objection handling, and sales strategies (Tuesday-Friday)
- Lead weekly marketing meetings and team training sessions (pitch practice, closing techniques, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze team and office performance daily, weekly, and monthly
- Generate and set qualified appointments for home rem services as desired for additional income opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of door-to-door sales experience
- Strong background and knowledge in home remodeling products
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Reliable and consistent in both schedule and performance (M–F availability)
- Must have reliable transportation, as well as access to a phone and laptop
Schedule
- Monday: Remote work
- Tuesday–Friday: In-office (Attleboro MA or Central Falls RI)
- Saturday: Optional work for additional income opportunities
