Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Arcola, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Currently we are hiring for a weekend shift - 12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance and production output.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while being self-directed.
Required Skills
