Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Peterborough / Mont Vernon NH, for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for conducting pest control and wildlife management services, identifying pests and their potential entry points, and implementing effective removal and exclusion strategies. The role involves inspecting residential and commercial properties, communicating with clients to provide guidance and recommendations, setting up and maintaining pest control systems, and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in pest control or wildlife management, including identifying pest species and implementing removal strategies
- Ability to conduct property inspections, recognize entry points, and recommend effective solutions
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and explain technical information in an understandable manner
- Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks, which may involve lifting, or working in confined spaces
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to pest control and wildlife management
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pest control are a plus
- Ability to work independently and problem solve in dynamic field settings
