Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field RBT located in the Clinton, MO area and Harrisonville, MO area. The Field RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and working directly with clients to promote positive behavior change. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one services, assisting with assessments and progress monitoring. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality behavior analytic services to our clients. The Field RBT will also troubleshoot any issues that arise during sessions and maintain detailed records of clients' progress.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data collection and analysis
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Capabilities in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience in Training and providing support
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- RBT certification and experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
