Description
We are looking for motivated, hard-working, and dependable team members to join our year-round property maintenance crew. This position includes winter snow services and spring–fall lawn care work.
Responsibilities include:
- Snow shoveling, snow blowing, and applying salt/ice-melt
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Mulch installation and general landscape clean-ups
- Assisting crew leads with property maintenance tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and during snow events
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs
- Prior landscaping or snow experience is a plus but not required
Pay:
Snow Labor (with a valid driver’s license): $28–$32 per hour- Lawn Care Labor (with a valid driver’s license): $23–$26 per hour
- Pay rates vary based on experience and position
