About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and innovative ADON to lead our nursing team in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to our patients. The successful candidate will have outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching staff. As an ADON, you will be responsible for:
• Leadership and Staff Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and training
• Quality Improvement: Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement
• Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a fair and compassionate manner
• On-Call and Admissions: Assisting with on-call duties and admissions processes as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1
• Level of Education: Active RN license
• Additional Requirements: Ability to assist with staffing, interviews, admissions, and on-call duties as needed
