JOB SUMMARY
The physician provides clinical care in an outpatient setting. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care. This position is part-time.

Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.
