Customer Focus: Identifies customer needs and expectations and responds to them in a timely and effective manner. Job Skills: Possess sufficient job skills and knowledge to perform the job in a competent manner and be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge in day-to-day situations. Planning: Develops the steps necessary to accomplish goals and establishes realistic plans to reach them. These steps include allocating required resources, planning for contingencies and setting milestones to measure progress. Safety: Understands every safety practice expected by Mon Health. Engages in practices that decrease the risk of accidents, injuries or equipment failures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated proficiency with administering a variety of routine patient care procedures acquired through on-the-job training. Computer literacy and familiarity with medical terminology preferred. Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.

Credentials
Basic Life SupportMust possess current BLS certification within probationary period, which is renewed every two years.
