We are looking for a vehicle mechanic to join our team and provide quality maintenance and repair services. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining vehicles, including performing oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks. This position requires a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services.
- Install and balance tires
- Repair vehicles from small trucks to semi-tractors
- Repair DOT regulated vehicles and trailers
- Inspect vehicle components to ensure proper operation.
- Perform annual inspections
- Test and adjust fluid levels as needed.
- Check and replace air filters, windshield wipers, and other components as needed.
- Inspect and replace belts, hoses, and other parts as needed.
The ideal candidate would have experience working on gas and diesel engines, tires and other general vehicle maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
