Job Description

We are hiring an Account Executive to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth at MoMs Plan. Internally, we consider this one of our most critical and high-impact hires.

This role exists to build and scale our go-to-market engine. You will own the front line of growth — with customer acquisition and conversion strategy. By driving demand and building a strong brand presence, you will directly impact revenue and market traction.

You will develop and execute marketing strategies, grow our digital presence, and convert engagement into paying customers. This is not a passive execution role — you are expected to think strategically, test aggressively, and deliver measurable results.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity (as an initial structure) with significant upsides, including exponential growth potential (pending acceptance from multiple accelerated pre-seed investment programs, e.g., Y* Combinator, SkyDeck*, and others) and eligibility for stock options and/or equity participation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Own and drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing new business

· Identify, engage, and convert high-intent customers and partners through outbound and inbound efforts

· Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth

· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and conversion

· Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demos to communicate value effectively

· Understand customer needs and position solutions to drive conversion and retention

· Implement geo-targeted outreach strategies to acquire local and strategic customers

· Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts

· Leverage social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) for lead generation and relationship building

· Track and analyze key sales metrics (conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity) and optimize performance

· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

· Identify and develop partnership and business development opportunities

· Support go-to-market efforts and contribute to pricing, positioning, and sales strategy

· Provide regular reporting on pipeline, revenue performance, and market feedback

· Act as a growth partner to the founders — turning opportunities into revenue with speed and ownership

· Any and all duties as appropriately assigned

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

· 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles (startup, DTC, or high-growth environments preferred)

· Proven ability to generate pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue growth

· Strong experience in prospecting, outbound outreach, and lead conversion

· Ability to understand customer needs and clearly articulate value propositions that drive purchasing decisions

· Experience with geo-targeted outreach and local market development

· Familiarity with leveraging social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) as tools for lead generation and relationship building

· Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize sales performance metrics (conversion rates, pipeline, CAC, etc.)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills

· High ownership, accountability, and bias toward action — you operate with urgency and deliver results

· Experience in food, beverage, DTC, or startup environments is a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
