Position Overview: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Clinical Director to design and oversee personalized treatment programs that drive measurable outcomes and life-changing progress for our clients.

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at Mommy Angels Specialty Care, you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and standardized evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret client data to guide clinical decision-making
- Provide hands-on supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to support consistency across environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through coordination of care meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using CentralReach
- Prepare required reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) aligned with funding and insurance requirements
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents with ASD or developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills
