What does Momivate do?

Momivate wants to raise awareness of what motherhood entails, and how, if given the time and empowerment to fulfill each of these aspects, moms would be better off as individuals, their children would be better off as the rising generation, and hence all of society would be better off in the long run!

Progams

• Weekly inspirational meetings called S.M.I.L.E. Gatherings
• R.A.I.S.E Certification to develop valuable skills applicable and desirable in the workforce
• A Revolving Closet to donate outgrown clothes and trade them in for the next size up
• Blogs and tips for motherhood
• Online database for moms in partnership with The Mom Project for managing a career and family

Team Mothering Convention

Location Remote / Near Sandy, Utah

Commitment Minimum 3 hours per week (remote), one team meeting per week (remote) & All day Oct 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah.

Unpaid Volunteer Role

Key Responsibilities

• Helps define budget;
• Works with Vendor ChairMom to price vendor booths;
• Helps determine price of admission tickets;
• Keeps the books;
• Sends invoices as necessary;
• Follows a system for determining who qualifies for what amount of scholarships.
  
  

Time Commitment & Expectations

• Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
• Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team
• Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah
• Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
