Duties
- Safely transport prepared food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring presentation quality and proper food handling standards are maintained.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Assist servers by delivering food orders accurately and promptly, supporting smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when required, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members using clear language to coordinate service and address guest needs promptly.
