Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll start in a paid training program that gives you hands-on experience across sales, customer engagement, and business operations.
This is the first step toward becoming a Sales Closer, with opportunities to rise into leadership as your skills grow. You'll train alongside experienced mentors, observe top performers in action, and build the confidence needed to excel.
What You'll Do
- Participate in team training sessions, job shadowing, and 1-on-1 mentorship
- Learn how to run the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach
- Schedule qualified appointments for sales opportunities
- Support clients through the sales process and after installation
- Work toward company goals and contribute to overall team performance
