Canvasser / Community Outreach Representative

Job Overview

Momentum X Group LLC is currently hiring motivated and proactive individuals to join our field canvassing team for active projects throughout Florida.

Previous canvassing experience is welcome but not required. We are looking for dependable individuals who have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to work toward daily project goals.

This is a project-based position with weekly compensation ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for the duration of the assigned project, depending on the project requirements, schedule, performance, and responsibilities.

Momentum X Group LLC operates nationwide, and reliable team members may be considered for additional projects in other states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door and in-person community outreach
• Approach and communicate with residents professionally
• Clearly explain project information and required statements
• Collect surveys, feedback, signatures, leads, or other project-specific information
• Accurately document completed interactions
• Follow assigned routes, scripts, schedules, and project procedures
• Work toward daily productivity and quality goals
• Maintain regular communication with field supervisors
• Represent Momentum X Group LLC professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Canvassing experience is preferred but not required
• Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Smartphone with reliable service
• Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States
• Flexible availability for the duration of the project
• Availability to travel for future nationwide projects is a plus

Compensation and Project Details

• Weekly compensation of $1,200–$2,000
• Position is available for the duration of the assigned project
• Project schedule, responsibilities, performance expectations, and payment details will be discussed before starting
• Additional nationwide assignments may be available for dependable and high-performing team members

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is energetic, responsible, proactive, and comfortable communicating with members of the public.

You do not need previous canvassing experience to apply. Candidates who are coachable, willing to learn, able to follow instructions, and motivated to achieve daily goals are encouraged to apply.

Experience in canvassing, community outreach, surveys, petitions, voter engagement, customer feedback, field marketing, lead generation, promotions, or door-to-door sales is a plus.
