What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Technician position at Momentum Services?

We evaluate each consumer’s individual needs to determine appropriate treatment necessary to obtain optimum progress. Momentum Services provides the least restrictive professional methods utilized in a consumer’s personal treatment, and do not use unnecessary or excessive methods under any circumstances.

Responsibilities:
- Implement the Individualized Treatment Plan in the Home, School or Community environments
- Actively participate in the assessment of needs and provide feedback as appropriate
- Monitor and discuss client progress with supervisor
- Maintain a strong commitment to professional growth and development
- Adhere to professional and ethical clinical practices at all times
- Collect client data related to client objectives
- Consult with their supervisor (BC or MT) on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- Certification as a BCaBA, Certification as a RBT, Certification as a BCAT, Behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed the required 40-hour training covering the RBT task list
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services
