We evaluate each consumer’s individual needs to determine appropriate treatment necessary to obtain optimum progress. Momentum Services provides the least restrictive professional methods utilized in a consumer’s personal treatment, and do not use unnecessary or excessive methods under any circumstances.

Responsibilities:

• • Implement behavioral plans designed to address specific challenges and develop desired behavioral changes
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Assist in skill acquisition and development 
  • Work with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide consistent care and communication to caregivers
  • Effective and clear communication skills are necessary

Are you the right fit?  You need:

• • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable independent transportation
    
  • General computer knowledge
  • Willingness to learn
