Momentum Services provides the least restrictive professional methods utilized in a consumer’s personal treatment, and do not use unnecessary or excessive methods under any circumstances.

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavioral plans designed to address specific challenges and develop desired behavioral changes
- Collect and analyze data
- Assist in skill acquisition and development
- Work with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide consistent care and communication to caregivers
- Effective and clear communication skills are necessary
Are you the right fit? You need:

- 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License and reliable independent transportation
- General computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn
