Sales Associate

Momentum Rental and Sales is hiring immediately for a Sales Associate.

Warehouse Driver/ Laborer Requirements & Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License with acceptable record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior warehouse/inventory/delivery driver experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and supplies preferred.

Sales Associate Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

• Establishing new customer accounts by providing exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Growing merchandise sales revenue with existing customer accounts.
• Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside salespersons, telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence in compliance with company policies.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with all inside and outside branch staff.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with co-workers working collaboratively together.
• Learn accurate use of Momentum’s software for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management.
• Industry customers needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitors pricing.
• Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify customer base to include industrial.
• Other duties as assigned.
