Property Management Account Manager- Momentum Property Management LLC
Location: Tampa, FL
Employment Type: Full Time
We are seeking an Account Manager to become a part of our property management team! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Rent Collections
- Manage tenant accounts (i.e. lease renewals, move outs, evictions)
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Manage code enforcement violations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Language:
- Spanish (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
