This Paid Graduate Sales Internship places you directly into customer-facing environments where live campaigns are running every day. You’ll represent brands in retail and event settings, speaking with customers in real time and contributing directly to sales & marketing outcomes through face-to-face engagement.
This is a hands-on paid opportunity designed for an individual who wants to build practical commercial experience through direct interaction with customers, not passive observation.
What you’ll be developing
You’ll build core sales & marketing capability through real customer interaction:
- Understanding how sales & marketing activity drives customer decisions
- Developing confidence in face-to-face communication
- Learning how to adapt your approach in real time based on customer response
- Building awareness of performance expectations and outcomes
- Gaining exposure to how live campaigns are structured and delivered
What your day will involve
You’ll be actively engaged in customer-facing activity throughout the day:
- Representing brands in retail and event-based environments
- Speaking directly with customers and initiating conversations
- Clearly communicating products, services, and current offers
- Supporting customers through sign-ups or purchase decisions
- Working toward individual and team performance targets
- Observing how sales & marketing campaigns are executed on the ground
