We’re hiring a Customer Engagement Associate to be the face and energy of our clients’ brands at live events, pop-ups, and promotional setups across Miami.

What you will be doing:

In this customer-facing, highly interactive role, your day-to-day impact includes:

• Engaging with customers at live events and promotional activations
• Creating positive, memorable interactions that build trust and excitement
• Sharing key product or service information
• Guiding customers through sign-ups, demos, purchases, or lead capture
• Supporting event performance by helping your team hit daily and weekly goals
• Participating in ongoing training to sharpen your communication and customer engagement skills
