We’re hiring a Customer Engagement Associate to be the face and energy of our clients’ brands at live events, pop-ups, and promotional setups across Miami.

What you will be doing:
In this customer-facing, highly interactive role, your day-to-day impact includes:
- Engaging with customers at live events and promotional activations
- Creating positive, memorable interactions that build trust and excitement
- Sharing key product or service information
- Guiding customers through sign-ups, demos, purchases, or lead capture
- Supporting event performance by helping your team hit daily and weekly goals
- Participating in ongoing training to sharpen your communication and customer engagement skills
No two days look the same — one day you’re at a busy mall activation, the next you’re supporting a brand at a community event or pop-up.
