What You'll Do:
- Supervise RBTs and guide individualized client programming using ABA and natural environment teaching strategies
- Develop and implement behavior and treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Conduct assessments and functional analyses; create data systems to drive programming decisions
- Train and support staff and families in ABA principles and strategies
- Review data regularly to adjust interventions and celebrate client progress
- Provide monthly supervision and field support per insurance requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation in Central Reach within 24 hours of sessions
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams (Speech, OT, PT) for whole-child care
- Stay current with research and maintain BCBA certification (32 CEUs every 2 years)
