Position Overview
Physicians will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within their respective specialties while collaborating with experienced healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the applicable specialty.
Provide evidence-based, compassionate, and patient-focused care.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow established clinical best practices.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
Comply with applicable regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in the applicable specialty.
Active medical license or eligibility for licensure in Arkansas.
Current DEA registration, as applicable.
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
