1. Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Oncology
Position Overview: Provide comprehensive oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and telehealth settings.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain medical histories, perform examinations, and assess patient conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams on treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on therapies, home care, and prevention.
Monitor outcomes, coordinate referrals, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing or graduation from an approved Physician Assistant program.
Minimum two years of relevant NP or PA experience.
Appropriate Vermont licensure and national certification.
Additional certifications and patient de-escalation training, as applicable.
2. Health Psychologist – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics & Spine
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Call: None
Position Overview: Provide integrated psychological services for patients with chronic musculoskeletal conditions, pain, neurological conditions, sleep disorders, and trauma-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individual and group therapy.
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, and MBSR.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams and coordinate patient care.
Support patient and family education, telehealth services, staff education, and clinical documentation.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
Completion of an APA-approved internship.
Active Vermont licensure as a doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist.
Experience treating adults with acute mental illness and substance use disorders.
Health psychology or medical center experience preferred; inpatient psychiatric experience is a plus.
3. Advanced Practice Provider – General Clinical Services (NP/PA)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 80 hours per two-week pay period
Call: Position-specific requirements
Position Overview: Deliver comprehensive clinical services in accordance with professional standards and specialty-specific practices.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and assess conditions.
Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostic studies.
Develop treatment plans, perform authorized therapeutic procedures, and assist physicians as needed.
Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Monitor outcomes, coordinate referrals, consult specialists, and maintain accurate records.
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing or graduation from an approved Physician Assistant program.
Minimum two years of relevant NP or PA experience.
Appropriate Vermont licensure and national certification.
Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
