Position Overview & Responsibilities

1. Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Oncology | Vermont
Provide oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and telehealth settings.
Assess patients, interpret diagnostic results, coordinate treatment plans, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate medical records.

2. Health Psychologist – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Orthopedics & Spine | Vermont
Provide psychological assessments and therapy for patients with chronic pain, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, sleep disorders, and trauma-related concerns.
Develop evidence-based treatment plans using CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support patient education and telehealth services.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. No call.

3. Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – General Clinical Services | Vermont
Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and perform authorized procedures.
Educate patients, coordinate referrals, maintain clinical documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Schedule: Full-time, 80 hours per two-week pay period. Call requirements vary by position.

4. Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) | Vermont
Join an established and supportive anesthesia practice at a Level III-equivalent Trauma Center.
Provide anesthesia care within an anesthesiologist-supervision model, with an anesthesiologist always present.

5. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) | Vermont
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthesia care plans, administer and monitor anesthesia, and support patient recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established patient safety standards.

6. Nurse Practitioner – Image-Guided Procedures | Los Angeles, CA
Provide onsite procedural support two days per week for approved procedures, including paracentesis, thoracentesis, superficial biopsies, fluid aspirations, lumbar punctures, joint aspirations and injections, arthrograms, and authorized IV contrast administration.
Perform pre- and post-procedure assessments, obtain informed consent, monitor patients, coordinate specimen handling, and document care.
Work within California-authorized scope of practice, documented competencies, and facility-approved privileges.

7. Radiologist Assistant – Image-Guided Procedures | Los Angeles, CA
Assist radiologists with approved image-guided procedures, including paracentesis, thoracentesis, superficial biopsies, fluid aspirations, lumbar punctures, joint procedures, and arthrograms.
Prepare and monitor patients, follow infection prevention and radiation safety protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate specimen handling.
Work under radiologist supervision and within authorized scope of practice and facility-approved privileges.
Schedule: Onsite two days per week full time available too.

Qualifications
Oncology and General Clinical NP/PA: Accredited NP or PA education, at least two years of relevant experience, appropriate Vermont licensure, and national certification.
Health Psychologist: Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, APA-approved internship, active Vermont psychologist licensure, and experience treating adults with acute mental illness and substance use disorders. Health psychology or medical-center experience preferred.

Health Psychologist: Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology with completion of an APA-approved internship and active Vermont psychologist licensure. Experience treating adults with chronic pain, acute mental illness, and substance use disorders. Health psychology or medical-center experience preferred; inpatient psychiatric experience is a plus.
California Procedural NP: Accredited NP education, active unrestricted California RN license, national NP certification, documented procedural competency, BLS and ACLS certifications, and eligibility for facility credentialing. California furnishing number and DEA registration are required when applicable.
Radiologist Assistant: Recognized Radiologist Assistant education, current ARRT Registered Radiologist Assistant (R.R.A.) certification and registration, applicable California credentials and fluoroscopy authorization, BLS certification, and eligibility for facility credentialing. ACLS requirements depend on facility policy.
Anesthesiologist Assistant: Accredited anesthesiologist assistant education, appropriate professional certification, and eligibility for applicable state licensure and facility credentialing.
CRNA: Accredited nurse anesthesia program, current CRNA certification, eligibility for Vermont licensure, and required professional credentials and life-support certifications.
All candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
