My Gym Wellesley is hiring part-time coaches who can start fast. No experience needed - we train you from day one.

Are you the person who lights up a room full of 4-year-olds at a birthday party? Do you get energy FROM being around kids, not drained by it? This job was written for you.

We're hiring part-time coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead structured movement classes: obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more
• Run birthday parties, camps, and special events
• Build real relationships with the families who come back every week
• No My Gym experience needed - we fully train the right people

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Can lead a room and hold attention

• Work well as part of a close-knit team

Great for stay-at-home parents, childcare professionals, nannies, daycare and preschool staff, students, performers, actors, coaches, teachers, and anyone who thrives in a high-energy, people-focused environment. Bonus points for experience in childcare, preschool, coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater.

PAYSCHEDULE

• $20-22/hr, plus tips
• 10-29 hrs/week (varies by season)
• Year-round position, not seasonal
• Includes one weekend shift and a paid weekly Friday team meeting to stay in sync with your crew
