Job Summary

• Seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of Data Transformation Solutions
• The ideal candidate will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Elicit and refine requirements
• Schedule work breakdown to deliverables
• Document artifacts
• Provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model
• Form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• A Bachelor’s degree in a qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience
• Operational experience/demonstrated experience in data flow engineering, data processing, and National to Tactical integration/Tech SIGINT
• Hands-on technical experience with data flow engineering to include architecture planning and diagrams, DMR support and mapping data into standard data models
• Experience with integrating tactical data into national data systems and repositories

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

125,000 - 175,000 USD per year(Maryland Office )
