Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Video Production Assistant based in Charlotte, NC, with some remote flexibility. You will support monthly content shoots for local businesses. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment setup, capturing photo and video content, keeping shoots organized, and helping the team execute each shoot plan professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist during content shoots
- Support equipment setup and shoot preparation
- Capture photo and video content according to shoot plans
- Help keep the shoot organized and on schedule
- Represent Momentum professionally on-site
- Attend weekly internal team meetings when needed
- Attend monthly client strategy meetings when needed
Qualifications
- Some experience with videography, content creation, or social media content
- Comfortable using cameras and basic production equipment
- Reliable transportation in the Charlotte area
- Strong communication skills
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Equipment
Momentum provides all primary production equipment required for shoots. Personal equipment is welcome but not required.
Compensation
- Part-time
- $20-30/hour
- Quarterly client retention bonus
