What You’ll Do
Provide clinical supervision to a team of supervisees, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
Oversee the delivery of mental health services, maintaining a commitment to evidence-based practices.
Attend team meetings and clinical sessions, maintaining a professional, supportive presence.
Model respect, empathy, and professionalism, cultivating a positive team culture.
Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to your supervisees.
What We’re Looking For
✔ LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) with a current Colorado license or ability to apply for licensure in Colorado.
OR
✔LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) with a current Colorado license or ability to apply for licensure in Colorado.
✔ At least 3 years or 3,000 hours of post-graduate clinical experience, with an understanding of clinical leadership and supervision.
✔ Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
✔ A strong foundation in evidence-based mental health practices and clinical documentation requirements.
✔ Excellent communication skills with a commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
✔ Dedication to ethical decision-making and prioritizing both client and team wellness.
