Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting financial advisors, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service & Relationship Support
- Assist financial advisors in delivering superior client service by handling inquiries and requests related to account administration and money movement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication
- Educate and guide clients on account services and digital/online capabilities
- Account Administration & Compliance
- Oversee the opening of new accounts and ongoing maintenance of existing client accounts
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client records in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
- Ensure all administrative and compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Advisor & Meeting Support
- Prepare financial plans, reports, and presentation materials for client meetings
- Support advisors with meeting logistics, follow-up actions, and documentation
- Operational & Team Support
- Assist with day-to-day branch operations and provide coverage for team members as needed
- Adapt to periods of increased client demand while maintaining high service standards
- Professional Conduct
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication with clients and team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- FINRA licensing:
- Currently holds or is working toward Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66)
- 5 years of client service experience, preferably within the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
