Job Description
Momentum Broadcasting is looking for an exceptional talent to join our happy band of radio broadcasters. The position we have open is for Traffic Coordinator, who first and foremost is responsible for making sure that our client’s commercials run perfectly, as they have been ordered. You will be working with our current Traffic Manager who is been promoted to Business Manager. This position requires most importantly focus and attention to detail. You’ll also need:
Great organizational and time management skills- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and complete work assignments in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with managers and other levels of personnel, vendors, and clients
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Taking initiative and be a self-starter and team player
- Adaptability and flexibility to shift focus on new priorities
- Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google mail, and internet proficiency required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
- Wide Orbit Traffic experience preferred
- Previous experience with clerical work and data entry essential for success
Pay range for this position is $16.00 to 17.50
