Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to individuals and families in need
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate service plans
- Collaborate with community resources to ensure clients receive necessary support and referrals
- Assist clients in accessing childcare, healthcare, and other essential services
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients and promote positive change
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to service plans
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the child welfare system
- Supervise and support clients in their journey towards self-sufficiency
- Provide workforce development assistance, including job readiness training and job search support
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of child welfare programs and services
- Familiarity with Medicare, Section 8, and other public assistance programs
- Experience in mentoring or coaching individuals towards personal growth and development
-must have experience and have 5 clients that they bring when getting hired
