Center for Exceptional Learners and Momentum Behavior Services, LLC are educational services agencies seeking OT, PT, Speech, Special Education Teachers (no B-2; childhood education and above only), LCSWs, LMHCs, ABA providers, BCBAs , Assistive Technology Practitioners with training/experience in pediatric cases to our clients on a 1:1 basis.
Related services providers: additional opportunity to conduct evaluations using standardized assessments in Speech, OT, PT, AT - with demonstrated competency.
NY Providers ONLY:
Providers must currently have fingerprints on file with NYSED or obtain prior to being eligible to provide services for the agency;
Hold appropriate NYS License/certification; RESNA certification (ATP)
Responsiblities:
- preparing a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals, frequency, duration and treatment modalities
- provide comprehensive treatment to clients utilizing modalities and modifying client treatment as needed
- skilled in behavioral interventions so as to embed into sessions
- document client’s progress on session notes
- technologically proficient to complete any and all other documentation forms required by agency using web-based platform
- complete invoices and bill clients ethically and accurately for services rendered
- maintain professional relationship with agency staff, clients and client families
- comply with client confidentiality
- report to sessions and project a professional image at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
