We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and results-driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will design impactful programs, mentor dedicated staff, and partner closely with families to drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Individualized Care: Lead and design comprehensive, individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and client success.
- Leadership & Supervision: Provide ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
- Outcome-Driven Therapy: Track progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies to drive meaningful daily outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
- Strong communication, clinical supervision, and team-collaboration skills.
