Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, special education, and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral and developmental needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on data-driven assessments.
• Provide direct patient care through one-on-one therapy sessions and group interventions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Advocate for clients’ needs within educational and community settings.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
• Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health interventions is preferred.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavior modification strategies.
• Knowledge of medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance is required.
• Previous experience conducting diagnostic evaluations is highly desirable.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of applied behavior analysis.
