Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
- Assist families, facilities, and internal staff with requests or routing communication appropriately
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive tone in all interactions
- Handle scheduling requests and help coordinate communication across clinical teams
- Input, update, and track information in internal systems and databases
- Manage and distribute messages to the appropriate departments
- Support administrative projects and office needs as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred (healthcare or hospice a plus)
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems and willing to learn new software
