RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors and ensures the overall nursing care to residents in accordance with CMS, State and Company Guidelines.
Oversees Clinical policies and procedures in support of these regulations and guidelines and directs the implementation of such.
Follows up on concerns from Residents and Family members
Evaluates, monitors, and manages staffing levels and availability to ensure proper levels of staffing and care
Implements and oversees infection control procedures to ensure resident and staff health and safety at all times.
Coordinates purchasing of supplies, monitoring budget and validating and coding invoices.
Assist in establishing a high quality of resident care; performs daily rounds
Assists with the investigations of all incidents, falls, skin, elopements in compliance with policy and procedures
Conduct and documents mandatory in-services and orientation for all staff
EXPERIENCE:
- RN License in the state of Ohio
- Minimum three years’ experience preferred
