Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer- Agent Force

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer with deep expertise in AI AgentForce to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role blends advanced Salesforce engineering with cutting-edge AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and generative AI, to deliver transformative customer experiences and business automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Engineering & AI Integration
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with AgentForce AI capabilities.
- Implement and configure intelligent agents using LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
- Build and maintain guardrails and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior.
- AgentForce Deployment & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end deployment of AgentForce agents across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
- Define agent actions, configure agent topics, and maintain performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption and ROI.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Serve as a feedback conduit between customer implementations and the Salesforce TMP organization.
- Data & System Architecture
- Design robust data models and pipelines for AI applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Ensure compliance, scalability, and security across all implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and cloud-based architecture.
- Proven experience with AgentForce, LLMs, and AI-driven automation.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce).
Technical Skills:
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Python, JavaScript
- REST/SOAP APIs, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs)
- Familiarity with Kafka, Spark, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, prompt engineering, and generative AI systems
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments
