Role: Python Developer
Location: Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid model) In-person Interview
Job Summary:
- We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers with strong expertise in Python and enterprise service layer development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and be capable of delivering scalable and high-quality backend solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
- Build and enhance enterprise service layer architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
- Work closely with delivery leads during development and deployment cycles
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Python backend development
- Proven experience in enterprise service layer delivery
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system design
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in global delivery models
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
- Prior experience in Financial Services domain is an advantage
