The Role
We’re hiring Livestream Hosts specifically for our overnight livestream block. These late-night sessions aren’t about filling airtime, they’re about capturing audiences when competition is low and attention is high.
As a Host, your job is to drive real sales in real time. You’ll present products, build trust quickly with viewers, and create urgency to buy before the stream ends.
Think of this as a quota-driven sales role with a camera, where the metrics that matter most are conversion, cart adds, and volume moved.
The graveyard cadence isn’t for everyone. It requires energy, consistency, and the ability to stay sharp when most people are asleep. But for the right person, it’s a high-impact opportunity to command attention, own the stream, and make sales happen when others can’t.
Responsibilities
- Host late-night, independently driven TikTok Shop livestreams with a focus on driving measurable sales.
- Keep energy high and presentation sharp, even during overnight hours, so the audience stays engaged.
- Deliver persuasive product pitches, answer questions in real time, and close sales directly on stream.
- Follow MIQ’s proven sales frameworks while adapting your approach to the unique pace of late-night audiences.
- Collaborate with brand teams and MIQ experts to ensure products are positioned, priced, and promoted for maximum conversion.
- Review overnight performance data and continuously refine your approach to increase results stream after stream.
Compensation
This is a contract role, with compensation ranging from $30-40 per hour with uncapped commission, depending on experience and performance.
