Executive Assistant Personal Assistant and Nanny
Location: Denver, CO
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 per year benefits
About the Role
I am seeking a dependable, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO across business, personal, household, childcare, and office management needs.
This is a hybrid role combining personal assistant, household management, office management, and part-time nanny/family support. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and enjoys helping a fast-paced household and business operate smoothly.
This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and variety, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative support and family-focused work.
Responsibilities
Childcare & Family Support
· Provide attentive, engaging care for two children, ages 3 and 7
o 2-4 days a week
· Assist with school and camp pickups/drop-offs and transportation to activities
o Some days may require full care of children (i.e. no camp/school, weekend, evening)
· Plan age-appropriate activities, crafts, outings, and routines. Minimizing screen time.
· Help with meals, snacks, and general child-related organization
· Maintain clean and organized play/living areas
o Tidying and organizing rooms and play areas
o Weekly laundry (clothes, bedding, etc.)
· Support healthy routines and positive communication
Personal Assistant & Household Support
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination across business and personal
• Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations
• Handle errands, grocery shopping, returns, bill pay, and household logistics
• Assist with email management and administrative tasks
• Help maintain an organized and efficient household
• Coordinate laundry, organization projects, and shopping (groceries, new clothing, etc.)
Office Management & Executive Support
· Help coordinate office operations and maintain organization
· Assist with vendor coordination, supplies, and office logistics
· Support meeting preparation and scheduling
· Help maintain filing systems, records, and internal organization
· Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed
· Provide general administrative support in a fast-paced business environment
· Maintain social accounts for business - Create content schedule
Qualifications
• 2 years of nanny, childcare, family assistant, executive assistant, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Comfortable working independently and anticipating needs
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Comfortable with technology and basic administrative tools
Schedule & Flexibility
This is a full-time position with a very flexible schedule. Typical hours will vary depending on childcare needs, scheduling demands, and business priorities.
Some evenings and occasional weekends may be required. The children are with dad approximately 35% of the time, and childcare responsibilities will primarily occur during those periods. Outside of childcare days, responsibilities will focus more heavily on executive assistant, office management, and household support.
