Salary Range: $32,000 - $45,838 per year

Mom's Tiny Treasures Daycare, LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young minds, fostering a love for learning, and creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and respected
- Implement creative and engaging teaching strategies to enhance learning and encourage critical thinking
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure the holistic development of each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and development
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- State teaching certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning
