Mom's House is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Parent Resource & Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting single parents as they work toward completing their education while raising young children.

Every day is different—you'll build relationships with families, connect parents with community resources, coordinate meaningful events and volunteers, and help create experiences that strengthen our Mom's House community.

Examples of Essential Functions:

• Support parents from enrollment through graduation
• Connect families with community resources and services
• Coordinate workshops, family events, and enrichment activities
• Recruit and manage volunteers and community partners
• Maintain participant records and program documentation
• Celebrate family milestones and alumni success stories
• Represent Mom's House throughout the community

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field

OR

• High school diploma/GED with at least three years of experience in human services, education, childcare, nonprofit work, customer service, volunteer coordination, or community engagement.

A valid New York State driver's license is required.
